I am a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with over 5 years of post-qualification experience working across acute mental health, PICU, rehabilitation, CAMHS, and substance misuse services within the NHS and independent sector.
I provide calm, structured, and professional mental health support for individuals experiencing emotional distress, complex mental health conditions, or challenging behaviour.
My approach is person-centred, recovery-focused, and grounded in clinical experience. I am confident working independently, de-escalating crisis situations, and supporting individuals to regain stability, routine, and independence.
