Am able to learn and undertake any relevant training and induction. Am able to work with people of multicultural differences, religions, and beliefs. Am able to support the individual while they are out in the community. I also promote and maintain the independent and also encourage the task which they are able to do.Am also able to understand their support guideline and their risk assessment and also respect their choice. I also need to be aware of the different types of hazards and deal with it , and to contribute to a safe environment.To provide actions that encourage the independent to do as much as possible for themselves, to maintain their own independence and to achieve their full potential and by offering choices to individuals and ensuring that they are made aware of their rights.
