Previously I had wor...More I am currently working in nhs as HCa from 2019 and I had worked with dementia patients too and elderly patients Providing highest level of care.am currently working as health care assistant on ward 31 at the Freeman hospital hospital which is a busy renal ward dialysis day unit. Previously I had worked in plastic surgery ward in RVI which has taught me so much about patient care, different types of cancers, free flap surgeries and overall ways to care for patients with different needs. I have really enjoyed working in a hospital environment that will hopefully help me when progress throughout my carer in the NHS trust. I present myself as a positive, enthusiastic and hardworking member of staff, who strives off working alongside a team. I have excellent communication and social skills, which have supported me throughout my career in order to build relationship with my colleagues, and welcome or deal with the challenging patients. My clinical background and excellent communication skills will help me to brush my skills in this new role and work ethics as i know it is essential when being in any health setting dealing with the public/patients.
