    Hi my name is Sue I live in Walberton just outside of Arundel with my partner Jon and my daughter Ruby and our two dogs. I have 15 years experience with adults with Learning Difficulties and autisim, 10 of these y...More Hi my name is Sue I live in Walberton just outside of Arundel with my partner Jon and my daughter Ruby and our two dogs. I love walking and cycling and just being out and about enjoying the countryside. I have 15 years experience with adults with Learning Difficulties and autisim, 10 of these years were spent at Aldingbourne country Centre where I ran the clients cafe and had up to 6 people with LD with me, I taught people how to cook and follow correct hygiene procedures in the kitchen, I trained as a chef many years ago and love to cook, it’s one of my passions in life. In addition to my other experience I also support an elderly lady in the community who had restricted mobility and vision. I assist her with meal planning and prep, shopping and light cleaning / organisation. I also have experience with hoists and wheelchairs and personal care. I have also had experience with a non hearing and non verbal person and know basic makaton. I am currently a carer on Tuesdays when I look after two people with LD and Autisim, I have passed many courses while with shared lives including First aid, meds training and many more, certificates are available if needed. I love teaching people how to cook in a safe environment and for them to further their skills. I also enjoy taking people out and about to bowling, cinema, out for lunch and many more places. I am self employed, my availability is currently Wednesday and Thursday 9.00 - 3.00. I have my own car and clean driving licence and covered for business car insurance.
