I have developed a stronger passion and drive to achieve where I want to be since fulfilling the care roll in my current employment. My previous qualification in Health and Social Care has Given me a strong foundation of knowledge in supporting individuals, understanding their needs and promoting well-being. Through my studies, I have developed an understanding of important topics such as safeguarding, communication, and person-centred care, which are directly relevant to this application. Outside of education and work, I have also been influenced and prepared by my family background. I come from a family of healthcare workers, which has Given me a strong understanding of the values and responsibilities involved in caring for others. My parents are foster carers, so I have seen first-hand the importance of providing stability, compassion, and support to individuals in need. In addition, my Grandparents were nurses, which has inspired me whilst also Given me insight into the dedication and commitment that healthcare roles require. These experiences have been very useful because they have shaped my outlook, strengthened my interest in healthcare, and helped me to appreciate the impact that care and support can have on people's lives.
