As a young person, I looked after my grandmother through her battle with cancer, and later, I cared for my mum when she was diagnosed with Cushing’s syndrome. Living through that taught me something you can’t learn in a classroom: that great care is entirely built on dignity, patience, and real empathy.
Professionally, I’ve taken those lessons with me everywhere. I’ve worked in London as an assistant support worker (4 years) for people with special needs (Autism Spectrum Disorder & Fragile X Syndrome), and I have a lot of experience helping elderly clients navigate dementia (2 years).
Right now, I am looking to provide visiting care during the day, as well as overnight support whenever you need that extra peace of mind.
To me, this work isn't just about ticking off a list of daily chores. I don't want to be a stranger who just walks in and out of your house. I want to be a friendly, familiar face—someone you can trust completely. Whether I’m popping in for a few hours to help with the practical things or staying through the night so everyone can rest easy, I’m there to bring warmth, share a genuine laugh, and make the day a little brighter.

Luis is a very caring and attentive carer. He helps me go out and I feel safe in his presence. He successfully handled an anxiety attack and made me more comfortable with my feelings. I am very happy to have him on my team.
