Completed my training in 2008 part of my training I did 1 year in adult nursing though I ended up venturing in mental health in my 2nd year. Experiences * Assessment and Care Planning: Conducting comprehensive assessments of mental health needs, including risk assessment, and developing, reviewing, and implementing individualized care plans. * Treatment and Medication Management:Administering medication, monitoring its effects, and providing education to patients about their treatment. * Therapeutic Support: Providing psychosocial interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral techniques, and supporting individuals in Values I value excellent quality of care and excellent team work.  I always give patients an excellent service and an excellent personal experience.  I value hard work, professionalism and I keep myself up to date with current legislations and guidelines.
