Due to my experiences I have developed a grou...More My name is Trudie, I am passionate about delivering an excellent, I have over two years of experience working in Cardiac Rehabilitation within the NHS, along with my experience of working in the community supporting adults with neurological disabilities. Due to my experiences I have developed a grounded discipline working to ensure all patients in my care gets a person-centred care. With my role in Cardiac Rehab, I have been involved in working closely with patients throughout their recovery, it is very rewarding seeing each patient progressing in their own ways. I have built meaningful relationships with patients and their families, always maintaining a professional and empathetic approach. I understand the importance of patient dignity, confidentiality, and as well as effective teamwork and being able to work in a timely manner to meet targets. In my present role at Broomfield Hospital I have developed strong communication and organisational skills. For example at the start of my day I will ensure to check the patients list for that day. I will then get all the patients notes sorted and I will look if they have any updated results that will impact on the progress or development of the patient. I do this maintaining accurate records for audit and care plan. I am confident working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, always remaining calm under pressure and prioritising tasks effectively.
