A typical day with me as a carer involves building trust, supporting daily routines, encouraging independence, assisting with activities, and providing emotional support when needed. I enjoy engaging clients in positive conversations, activities and gentle encouragement to help improve their wellbeing and confidence. Alongside my care experience, I have a strong customer service background from retail and hospitality roles. This has helped me develop excellent communication skills, professionalism and a friendly, approachable manner. I am confident working with people of all ages and from different backgrounds.
