I am calm, patient and understanding, and I always focus on creating a safe, structured and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable, respected and valued. A typical day with me as a carer involves building trust, supporting daily routines, encouraging independence, assisting with activities, and providing emotional support when needed. I enjoy engaging clients in positive conversations, activities and gentle encouragement to help improve their wellbeing and confidence. Alongside my care experience, I have a strong customer service background from retail and hospitality roles.
