I am a pro-active individual who works well within a Team and on my own. I am currently working as a Family Support Practitioner with Children and Young People. I am also a qualified Social Worker, Hairdresser and have lots of experience in Retail, Hospitality and IT. I have a BA (Hons) in Health and Social Care and a Masters in Social Work. I am a great carer as I have good time management, I am trustworthy, professional and most importantly a caring individual. I have good communication and listen skills and can adapt to any situation I may encounter . I am able to put individuals and their families at ease when I first engage, which will enable a positive working relationship. I have a good understanding of the different needs an individual may have such as disabilities, situations or issues an individual may be going through.
