Juli is incredibly kind and conscientious and I always felt she had Mum's best interests at heart despite having to deal with some challenging behaviour! She quickly became extremely good at reading Mum's moods and body language, knowing when to give her space and was always conscious of letting mum have autonomy in her own home when appropriate. She also researched suitable places to take mum on outings and cooked her delicious meals, all of which Mum loved. I cannot recommend her enough.

Juli recently looked after our elderly mother, who has advanced dementia, and she was wonderful. Juli is very calm, kind and knowledgeable and from the start was totally aware when mum needed anything or became restless and needed distracting, like being taken for a drive, or looking through old photos. She kept the house very clean and tidy and is a good cook and even made the effort to prepare a Dutch meal for mum. Nothing was too much trouble & we would not hesitate to hire Juli again.
