I am focused on Person Centred Care whether the client has Mental Capacity or not finding it important to allow them to make choices for themselves as far as is possible and allowing their independence. I always encourage this as far as is possible depending on their abilities . Have been able to achieve many positive outcomes and always have a good rapport with client . My interests are history , Documentaries , Cooking, Chatting with Clients , TV ,Reading.
