Hello, I’m Christina, an experienced and compassionate carer and community support worker based in Coventry and Warwickshire.
I specialise in supporting older adults, people living with dementia, individuals with learning disabilities, autism, anxiety, and other neurodiverse needs, as well as helping families navigate health, care, and education situations that may feel overwhelming. I believe that care should always begin with listening. Everyone’s story is unique, and I ensure the support I provide reflects that.
I offer practical support such as companionship, community activities, personal care, meal preparation, medication prompts, and household support. I can also assist with appointments, advocacy, confidence building, emotional support, and gentle wellbeing routines. My approach is calm, patient, and person-centred. You will always feel heard, understood, and supported at your pace.
My background includes working in care organisations, running community wellbeing groups, and supporting families navigating SEND and care pathways. I am fully trained, DBS-checked, insured, and continuously updating my knowledge in dementia care, neurodiversity, mental health, and person-centred practice.
If you’re looking for someone who will truly walk alongside you, bringing warmth, respect, and dignity into everyday life, and support you or your loved one to live life as fully and independently as possible, I’d be happy to help.
You are not alone.
Let’s chat and see what support would feel right for you.
Christina
