Being understanding, kind and supportive are the qualities that l use when l am dealing with a variety of service user's needs. Excellent

Dorcas is OUTSTANDING. She was sole carer for both of my elderly parents, both in their mid-80s. She is punctual, reliable, capable and honest. Over 9 months she dealt with a wide array of complex situations. Simultaneously caring for a mother in palliative care and a father suffering from depression and early-stage dementia. Convincing my father to take meals and medication on time. She maintained their dignity during showers. She always remained calm when skilfully defusing charged situations.
