I can assist with personal care, medication prompts, meal preparation, household tasks, shopping and supporting independence with day-to-day activities. I pride myself on building trusting relationships with both clients and their families. I understand that consistency and reassurance are especially important, particularly for individuals living with dementia or anxiety. I am calm, understanding and adaptable, and I always aim to make each visit positive and enjoyable. Outside of work, I enjoy fitness, walking, animals and spending time with my family. I am available for live-out care and support visits and am happy to discuss individual needs and routines to provide the best possible support.
