Over the years, I have gained wide experience, from providing companionship and personal care to supporting people with dementia and administering medication safely. I worked my way from frontline care into management, most recently as Deputy Manager of a residential care home specialising in dementia. I hold both a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social care and a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Adult Care. My skills also include care planning, risk assessment, and the safe use of equipment such as hoists and stand aids. Above all, I pride myself on delivering person-centred care that always promotes dignity, respect, and trust.
Outside of my caring role, I am very family-oriented and enjoy spending quality time with my partner and two young children, as well as catching up with friends and going on long walks.
