I carry out everyday duties in client’s homes with the emphasis on promoting and maintaining their wellbeing and independence and providing everyday care to clients in their own homes. Focusing on personal hygiene. Mental stimulation and general well-being. Ensuring client’s home are clean and comfortable. Managing client’s care logs and medical requirements. Transporting clients to various appointments and activities. Creating work schedules and tasks for team members. Organising social events and activities designed to stimulate and entertain the residence . Updating daily care log. Ensuring resident were comfortable and provided with reguired medication. I love the job I do.
