I believe I am a hard working and enthusiastic individual. Able to follow instructions but also work on my own initiative. Willing to learn new skills quickly and good at adapting to new situations. I possess extensive experience of over 20 years in working within social care sector including 6 years of which I have done live-in and complex care roles. I believe I can bring many personal strengths to this position. I can work well alone using own initiative as well in a Team I am looking for live in clients as close to my home in Coventry or within a travelling of 1/2 hours, travelling expenses will be discussed on a individual basis during the clients interview. When delivering live in care my 2 hour break are discussed with each family as it depends on whether cover is done by family our another local hourly Curam carer. I prefer to have a weekly food allowance of £40 from the client, but I will buy my own food. I look forward to hearing from you and probably working for and with you.
