    l am a registered general nurse and l did my training in zimbabwe where l also worked for a few years before relocating to the uk to further my nursing career. l have worked in both private nursing homes, private hospitals and the NHS hospitals in medical and surgical and rehabilitation wards. l ha...More l am a registered general nurse and l did my training in zimbabwe where l also worked for a few years before relocating to the uk to further my nursing career. l have worked in both private nursing homes, private hospitals and the NHS hospitals in medical and surgical and rehabilitation wards. l have worked with members of the multi disciplinary team including pharmacists, physiotherapists, consultants, junior doctors , Occupational therapists, and Speech and language therapists to name a few in ensuring that good quality care is delivered. My career approach is holistic, that is treating the physical, emotional and social needs of each client while ensuring that dignity and respect remain at the centre of my practice. l am passionate about delivering high quality compassionate care to my clients and to their families.My ability to remain calm and effective under high pressure , combined with my adaptable team oriented approach ensures lam consistently able to meet the demands of fast paced high pressure environments. l am confident that lam a suitable candidate for the role of a Live in carer. l have experience in looking after people with Dementia .MS Diabetes, catheter care including supra pubic , bed bound, stroke patients ,COPD clients on oxygen therapy, patients on palliative l have traing in manual handling.
