Since July 2024 I work in a care home with Care UK and now serve as a Team Leader responsible for the dementia floor. My role includes guiding staff, ensuring safe medication practice, and maintaining high standards of care for residents living with dementia. I also work part time as a Care Coordinator with EverKind Health Care where I support rota planning, care documentation, and coordination of care services.
