I have worked with different kinds of clients for example clients enduring mental ill health at a mental health hospital, a mental health resource centre in Enfield providing emotional and practical support. I have worked with Mencap foundation homes with service users who have learning disabilities and mental health dual diagnosis and also non verbal clients using sign language. I have worked worked with different care agencies providing care to physically disabled clients duties to include providing personal care bathing shaving dressing laundry etc. Emphasising health and safety infection control safe guarding to sum up working within policies and guidelines. Am literate and numerate flexible and a valuable member of the team and also work alone. when I am working with clients I chat have good communication skills. I work using confidentiality code although sometimes I have to let the team and management aware.
