Supporting with mental health, neurodiversity, learning difficulties, elderly, dementia and complex care to name a few. Although it’s not always easy being with the pains and struggles of our common humanity, I know working with others is my purpose in life. To see others grow and flourish is the best choice that I have made and continue to make. The impact, no matter how small, fills my spirit, in knowing that I may be making a difference in other people's lives. I have supported many families with unconditional regard, empathy and the approach to, helping others live the best lives possible. Whether that be by, modelling, supporting or, and caring. We all are interconnected and by helping one another we can create a more positive future for our community. Currently, I work as part of the early intervention team, who makes regular family visits. This consists of, 1-1 direct work with families, well-being assessments, voice of the child/children, mental health and emotional support for the parents. Utilising the Positive Behavioural approach and PACE, to work towards better communicated outcomes for all of the families. During all this time, I have gained relevant experience, that helps me fulfil my role and be the ongoing best example and version of myself. Through my current training, to be a psychotherapist, I love to motivate others by seeing the positive side. By allowing our thoughts and emotions to be a part of ourselves, even the bad and the good. In this way we stop the critical feedback by loving ourselves, no matter what. Building self-esteem and self-confidence is key, I believe in changing and growing into better versions of ourselves. About me: I love, love , love reading, non-fiction of course! Anything related to psychology, philosophy, art/design, criminology, the list goes on. I love being around nature, the peace and tranquillity, meditation and having me time. I love to spend quality time with my family and have as many experiences as possible with them, as we never know the time we have left. I have published two books on self-help and motivation, my ultimate goal is to inspire and uplift as many individuals as possible, guiding them to discover the true worthiness of just being themselves. That ultimately, we have always, and will be always, enough, period! Listening to people's stories then, brings me joy, in knowing that, they are being, seen, heard, known, and understood. My Qualifications Current: Psychotherapist in training (PROF.DIP PSY C.) Textiles surface BA honours Philosophy and Psychology diploma Art/design BTEC
