My journey in healthcare began in the Czech Republic, where I completed my medical assistant education and gained early experience in an intensive care hospital setting. In 2016, I moved to England to continue my career and broaden my experience, particularly in adult care, neurological care, and complex care settings. Working in healthcare has always felt like more than just a job to me — it's a calling. I chose this field because I genuinely care about people and want to make a difference in their lives. Every client I work with has a unique story and set of needs, and I believe strongly in providing individualised care that respects each person’s dignity and journey. While every client is different, they all share a common goal: to recover and live with as much independence and quality of life as possible. Being a part of that progress — watching someone regain strength, confidence, or hope — is one of the most fulfilling aspects of my work. In addition to my healthcare career, I am also pursuing a degree in Business Management at a London university. I believe combining clinical experience with business knowledge will allow me to contribute more effectively to healthcare systems, improve patient outcomes, and support both clients and teams in more strategic ways. My long-term goal is to continue delivering exceptional care while also taking on leadership roles that help shape more efficient and compassionate healthcare environments. I am proud of the work I do and the results I help achieve, and I look forward to growing even further within this field.
