I have learnt to utilise the principles of duty of care and candour; trauma informed; person centred; culturally sensitive; socially inclusive; EDI and motivational interviewing, to provide quality, safe, effective and accountable care. I am motivated by delivering care with SMART measurable outcomes and enjoy working in a Multi-disciplinary Team. I have 2 years of experience working as a HCSW/HCA with mental health, ASD and LD patients/service users in NHS inpatient wards and supported living residential care homes. My greatest achievement is to be able to integrate the management of mental health, Autustic Spectrum Disease and Learning Disability with the management of co-occuring physical health issues. I have had the privilege of accompaning patients/service users to acute medical hospital wards and on leave in their communities, an experience which is gratifying and rewarding with a great sense of achievement. During my two years of working and experience, I have come up with a personal and professional development plan which I am executing and Curam Healthcare would provide a perfect place to achieve my career development goals. Your company track record, values, culture and ethos, resonate with my own personal values and way of doing business. In my spare time I indulge myself in self care and favourite hobbies which include: traveling; listening to music, radio and podcasts; watching TV; gardening; bird-watching and photography. I love sports and have special interest in football, rugby, golf, swimming and tennis. My pass time activities are reading, journaling, walking in nature, quiet time in the garden park, bar & restaurant and going to the gym. Above all, I do attend and participate in family, community and business events and exhibitions. Finally, I continuously undertake adult education and lifelong learning for personal development and wellbeing.
