I have found my greatest passions are in being there and caring for others - this has a sound sense of fulfillment in purpose & duty. I have been team leading care professionals in gold standard autism residential and supported living homes for the past 4 years and also working within a beacon standard residential service for elderly. I particularly enjoy working with the wonderful variation of nuances skills, abilities, and interests of others. Professionally I have attained a certificate IV lead practitioner in adult healthcare settings focussing on great person centred care and support and the continual development of excellence within the care industry. I have worked with all vulnerable people of ages backgrounds abilities and needs and this has been wholesome and an honour to support others with their needs and seeing their access and support to achieve their best life experiences and opportunities with a supportive and resourceful application that sees others successfully access their best interests. I thoroughly enjoy cooking arts and travel & animals, I would love to assist cooking meals from wholesome great British dinners to international cuisines. I have had the blessed opportunity to travel to 30 plus countries and international cuisines are of interest. I'm very person centred in my care approach and tailor care to suit individuals. I keep two wonderful great Danes and my eldest Tarka is a registered emotional support animal and should anyone be interested in animal therapy I would be happy to discuss bringing Tarka along to organised meetings. He proved greatly successful with supported living residents on autism spectrum special needs, with his being calm and present with individuals. I am happy supporting people of all gender and abilities having cared for individuals in their own homes as well as highly respected residential and supported living beacon and gold standard residences. I consider myself flexible with availability and the Curam platform offers this. I have a Railcard too so for travel expenses I can offer 3rd off of rail fare. I understand care needs are care needs, we are human and needs must rise and I have the thresholds, affirmative compassion and understanding to support these needs - nothing is ever insurmountable, diversity and difference are a wonder and I am to be successful in supporting and delivering excellence in the service care and support for others.
