I also provide personal care to adults with mental health issues, such as Depression, Alzheimer’s dementia, and physical disability. I can develop and implement care plans, advocate for my clients and provide high-quality support for the individual. I have strong abilities in collaborating with agencies. I can engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds and drive positive outcomes for the clients. I am persons centred, I work at the individual pace, I am observant, which helps me to assess the individual needs and their situation, this is what makes me a great carer. Activities Things I like to do, travelling, cruising, walking, going shopping, doing exercise and meeting people. Spending quality time with friends and family. I enjoy socialising.
