Excellent

John has been helping me for a couple of days a week for a while. He is punctual, polite, approachable and easy to get on with. He is versatile and adaptable to my needs which range from helping loading weights in my home gym to driving me to appointments. He is always enthusiastic and keen to help in any way he can including gardening, helping fixing equipment, making tea and lunch, preparing for shower ect, but still allowing me to be as independent as possible.

Excellent

I've engaged John for the second time to support with daily wellbeing updates on an elderly relative, including detailed instructions on how to support this relative. He took down notes meticulously and reported them diligently each day while we were away. Happy to engage him for future needs as well. Thanks John!

Excellent

John has been supporting me with my husband now since August. His morning visits and help with personal care have given me some time back. John has a gentle manner and provides support with showering, shaving and dressing, still allowing my husband to maintain some independence. He tidies up and changes bedding for me which takes the stress out of my day. I have also been able to go away for a few days and John will provide addition support with breakfast and medication.

Excellent

I'm so pleased with John's work that I would also like to add to my previous recommendation that he is also extremely helpful with additional skills of gardening, as a handyman & with domestic duties. It is so important to a disabled household to have help with these tasks from someone who is also a carer & therefore sympathetic to the circumstances of disabled people.

My father is based in London. Honestly, I could not fault John and work with the physiotherapists. John treats my dad with dignity, he cannot do enough. John has given my dad so much that we thought wasn't possible, small things we all take for granted, I am so grateful for everything he does. So, I'm glad my dad has John, who is amazing, person to help care for him. Highly recommend.

Excellent

My husband has Alzheimer’s and daily tasks are becoming more challenging for us. Having John help my husband in the mornings, getting him washed and dressed and tidying up has made a big difference. John is quietly spoken and gentle with my husband and is able to encourage him and support him with his morning routine. He has a wealth of experience in care and has given me some great tips. My week has been much calmer.
