    Hello my name is Michelle I have worked in the caring field for over 20 years My caring journey began with baby/childminding which I enjoyed very much, as well as working with children I began to work alongside and support in elderly care - promoting and supporting with daily living from persona...More Hello my name is Michelle I have worked in the caring field for over 20 years My caring journey began with baby/childminding which I enjoyed very much, as well as working with children I began to work alongside and support in elderly care - promoting and supporting with daily living from personal care, social care and supporting with emotional care I especially enjoy part taking in activities, along my journey I have worked and supported children/ adults with autism and learning difficulties I especially enjoyed looking at what they can do and use that to promote independency and building self esteem. I feel communication is one of my strong positives and I feel I am very motivated with offering support. My hobbies are art and craft making cards- hand sewing- jig-saws- gym - swimming- gardening- reading- movies going for walks in the park. I can offer support with personal care- prepare meals- assist with feeding- house-chores- shopping- assist with pets (but I do not like mouse or rats - sorry ) I can support ones out in community - confident with hoisting and wheelchair assistance I can assist with medication and give a oral or written handover My availability is day work some flexibility for evenings.
