With all different care needs, Ms, me mnd, diabetic, stomas, non verbal, mental health. Peg fed, Ld. I then progressed within the company to become a senior carer and I was taking on new clients writing care plan and risk assessment. Doing medication competencies, observing staff and supervisions. I then left domiciliary and became a agency support worker mainly working in community hospitals. I then joined a different agency and worked in low secure mental health wards along with care homes and hospitals also domiciliary care. I'm compassionate about working in care, I am easy going, work well within a team or alone. I work well under pressure. I treat clients how I'd like my family to be treated with care and respect.
