This has been an amazing and fulfilling experience, way beyond my expectations. Each client/customer has different requirements and attitudes. The need to be flexible and encompass such conditions is what pleases me the most in the role of a full time carer. The physical demands required have not surprised me, in many ways this is the easier part of the job. It is the mental attitude and resilience required which I have learned that is the most satisfying aspect of my experience. I do feel fully equipped for most caring roles and my ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments and customer needs gives me the self confidence to progress further in the role.

    Excellent

    I was so thankful and lucky to find Susan. I needed a carer short notice who could provide me with live-in care for a few nights. I knew Sue was very capable as I did my carer training with her years ago. She showed a real aptitude for the job. She now has much experience in the field and I would totally recommend her. My Dad always gets very anxious when a new carer comes and I was so happy when he really liked Susan and appeared very relaxed on my return.
