I am very passionate about caring for individuals with needs. I am empathetic/respect, very reliable/flexible, patient, observant, cheerful, a good listener, good cook. I am great cook of shepherd's pie, cottage pie, stews/ stew with dumplings, pasta dishes, fish and chips, sunday roast and I cook great roast potatoes to go with that too, I can make very lovely home made soups, carrot and coriander,chicken stew and broths.
