Being self motivated ensures I can utilize my effective communication skills towards support and care for vulnerable persons with dementia, learning disability, autism and challenging behaviours. Helping services to move around by providing the needed support, assisting the services users with bathing, grooming and getting dressed. Providing mental and emotional support, preparing and serving meals, handling household chores and laundry. Collaborating with other staffs to provide the best care to the services users users, preventing and managing of violence and aggression. Providing companionship, engaging in meaningful conversation and work as a team. I have acquire knowledge and skills in care of elderly who have early and late/advanced dementia, anxiety, schizophrenia. I also have acquired training on syringe drive and end of life care by st Luke . I have care for chains young adult on tracheostomy, epilepsy and seizures, oxygen and sunction. I have acquired experience and work in hospital, care homes and home care on management on long term care, end of life. I am flexible, can work short hours between 0930- 1430,1700-2200 and as well night shifts on weekly bases. Also, I am happy to work with male and female. I am willingly to learn new skills as well.
