I always give my best to enable each person to live their best life possible. I have a total of over 30 years of care experience behind me. I qualified as a chef after leaving school and incorporated those skills into my care work, concentrating on nutrition and hydration. I batch cook to ensure that quality nutritional meals are prepared in advance and easily accessible, making balanced meals to encourage good wellbeing. I also encourage and support cooking to help maintain social skills and promote independence wherever possible. I enjoy seeing people flourish with the care and support I provide.
