    Excellent

    I cannot recommend Susanna highly enough. She is patient, gentle and kind and my father, who is 89 and has dementia, has had the most wonderful time with her. He has enjoyed playing cards and talking with Susanna and is always cheerful when he knows she is coming. She has a sweet sense of humour which dad loves and she is also a very safe pair of hands, responsible, ultra reliable and has great initiative. I recommend her without hesitation.
