This inspired a lot and pushed me into studying Health and Social Care in College. Although I wasn't able to gain very much experience due to my education, I did work as a part time support worker while studying which inspired me even more to further my education into Nursing which helped me to expand my knowledge and gain further experience. I feel that my experiences and my skills are suitable to be a good caregiver, I consider myself to be a good listener and a good communicator. I'm easy going and really patience with anyone around me, I put compassion in anything I'm doing and I'm always happy to work as a team with anyone I'm placed with. I have learned and achieved many skills since studying Adult Nursing, and during my clinical placement. I worked within a couple of community community hospitals with my agency for a while before joining NHS Bank. My experience with NHS Bank has helped me expand my knowledge in Mental Health & General Nursing sectors , and has helped me work in both Adult and Adolescent settings. I’m still looking forward to develop more skills and further enhance my ability to work with people across different backgrounds while showing respect for diversity and promoting equality.
