I extend my support wherever the client sees fit and aim to ensure that their experience with me is of the highest quality. As a team player, I have always been eager to aid in the advancement of any establishment I have been a part of. Driven by the desire to learn from my experiences and grow, I am meticulous about my work, ensuring my industry knowledge stays up to date. Overtime this has caused me to develop flexibility as I support service users with a blend of routine and random activities. I am honoured to fulfil a role that requires compassion, hospitality and discernment with every shift as I encourage freedom wellness and independence. Through the ages of 17 to 19 I developed my own business. Though I was self-taught in my chosen area of expertise, I applied my business knowledge to successfully develop a client base, maintain business-to-business connections working efficiently with likeminded colleagues. Through the nurturing of this project, I re-discovered my passion for Hospitality which has been present since a year of employment at bar and restaurant. Currently, I am working on enhancing the years worth of Hospitality skills within me through person-centred Care work and my progressing degree. In my spare time, I like to visit Hospitality establishments to reflect upon the services that they offer and how this impacts the success of their business.
