My skills include assisting with personal care such as washing, bathing, and dressing, and supporting clients with limited mobility. I am trained in medication administration (Levels 1 and 2), and I have experience in stoma care and catheter management. I also support clients with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, shopping, cleaning, paying bills, and providing companionship. I am fluent in English and Somali, and I also have basic understanding of Arabic and Swahili. This allows me to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds and provide culturally sensitive care.     Excellent

    Ayan has been wonderful caring for my sister with MS while the main carer was away. She is warm, cheerful, and very understanding, taking the time to make sure my sister feels comfortable and supported. Ayan is also quick and efficient with every task, showing attention to detail and genuine care in everything she does. She has been a real help to our family, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a kind and capable carer.
