I'm flexible in adapting to changing needs of my clients, I have worked in residential care , nursing care, day centres, sleep overs , and livein, I also work with learning physical, down syndrome, challenging behaviour, and mental disabilities, while working in residential care I support clients in bowel care, incontinence, peg feeding, wound management, dementia, , alzheimer's M.N.D. medication, vision impairments, autism, arthritis, hard of hearing, stroke, stoma and catheter care, also incontinence management and physiotherapy. I have a natural empathy to care. Always care with respect and dignity, clients are the most important in the whole equation and should made to feel like it . I have full understanding of my duties and responsibilities as a care worker, and have the skills and abilitiesneeded to carry them out. I have interpersonal skills to build strong professional relationships, I can communicate effectively and clearly, also a good listener I know how to make common sense decisions at short notice in the case of an emergency .
