I was inspired to become a carer by my mother who is a registered nurse and my cousin who suffers from cerebral palsy. I have seen what an amazing job carers have done looking after my cousin over the years. Growing up as a young child I watched how my mother selflessly looked after the sick and put their needs before hers. I have looked after clients with dementia, alzheimers, cerebral palsy, cancer, spinal injuries, mental health and learning disabilities.
