The residents I have worked with , suffer from a range of learning difficulties and mental health conditions. Over the past two years I have been working with individuals detained under the Mental Capacity Act. This role has been largely centered in implementing the legal framework for safeguarding adults under the The Care Act 2014. In most of the services I have worked in, my managers have entrusted me with the role of financial administration and auditing. Additionally I am fully qualified in medication administration and this is a responsibility I take very seriously.
