I focus on assisting them with daily living tasks, prioritising their well-being and preferences, and helping with all medical and household needs, tailored to their specific requirements. I am currently working in Guernsey in the Channel Island as a mental health nurse mainly working with elderly clients, my intentions are to return to the UK permanently due to the increase in living costs. I am looking for regular clients where I can work on a 2/3 weeks on 1 week of rotation. I am advertising my services as a HCA, however if my nursing skills are required my weekly rate will increase and this can be discussed during the clients interview process. I have a clean UK driving licence, I do not have my own car currently but I am happy to drive clients cars as long as they are automatic.
