At the heart of all care is the individual first and making sure their care needs are met. I strongly believe in person centred care. I also have supported other carers about health and safety when supporting our service users. These are some of my strengths and also knowing that kindness, compassion, honesty come naturally when i know that caring for others is my calling. I also have learnt to stay calm and level headed when faced with challenges as sometimes challenges may arise.
