At the heart of all care is the individual, and ensuring that their care needs are met is my priority. I strongly believe in person-centred care. I have also supported other carers with health and safety considerations when assisting our service users. These are some of my strengths, along with the knowledge that kindness, compassion, and honesty come naturally when I recognise that caring for others is my calling. I have also learned to remain calm and level-headed when faced with challenges, as these can sometimes arise.
