I qualified in 2020 which I started working in emergency department and later move on to work in Acute medical unit. At present, I work in an escalation ward under surgical department but look after all categories of patients with different care needs and speciality. I was a carer and support worker for 10 years which I work across different specialties like hospitals care, nursing home, supported living and domiciliary care etc. I am empathetic, caring, hardworking and supportive to people. I am a team player and work following policy and procedures. I love helping people with their activities of daily living following their care plan and care needs. I am reliable and part of my role is to self guard and promote health. I provide individualised, compassionate, quality patient care based on empathy, kindness, respect and dignity. I will be working with Curam clients alongside my current NHS job where I work 2/3 30 hour shifts per week, I know my rota 2 months in advance so I will be creating a mirco team with other Curam carers so that I can provide round the clock care for my clients. I have got experience in manual handling clients like using a hoist, sliding sheet, standing aids and zimmerframe used in transferring patients. My pay rate are negotiable depending on the care needs of a client. The rate I am advertising now is for Healthcare assistance but will be discussed and negotiated as a Registered Nurse.
