I am patient, professional and committed Senior Care assistant. Working as an agency HCA expose to new opportunities and experiences. Although working in a permanent position allows me to build my own practical knowledge in a familiar setting, agency work enables me to apply my skills in different surroundings My first job was a senior carer. It was the perfect transition into working life with lots of exposure to mental health patient, Dementia patient. I cannot say I have favourite Residential Emi, nursing home but I enjoyed in all the places I have worked for.
