I am passionate about my work and I am proud to work as a team alongside other multi disciplinary teams , i.e. NOK, district nurses, doctors. I help with reporting patients' progression during via telephone calls and written records even diet charts etc.
I care for elderly clients , clients with learning disabilities, dementia, autism and other debilitating diseases providing personalised care in their own home to improve their overall comfort and quality of life. I enjoy reading, visiting new towns, listening to choral music, taking care of my plants in free time.
