Looking after both my elderly parents during various stages of illness and supporting them throughout over the past 20 years has given me the desire to help others in a career as a companion. I've recently completed a foundation degree (Equivalent to Level 5) in Health and Social Care and gained a High Distinction. I like to make a difference in other people's lives. I'm very friendly and outgoing and a very good listener as well. I'd love to work with befriending and supporting lonely and vulnerable adults to fulfil a happy social life, tailored to their needs as well as bringing happiness and company. I have access to a wheelchair accessible van which I use to support clients to get out and about for social, medical and other appointments. I encourage independence and positivity in all my clients lives to be able to live life to the best.
