In my current capacity as a counsellor, carer for my autistic brother, and continuous support system for my parents, I feel that my job is to mirror what is possible and help others realise their full potential by empowering them to make informed decisions about their future. Person-centred care and positive behavioural support are essential components of my approach to any role I undertake. Currently registered as a social care professional with the National Association of Care and Support Workers (NACAS).
