I conduct initial assessments for both physical care and mental health, involving the patient and their families to agree on a care plan. I provide personal care with dignity and respect. As part of my visits, I spend time with the patient, talking and listening to their fears and anxieties, and most importantly, providing the comfort care needed to a high standard. I communicate effectively with patients and can assist with applying creams, taking medication, personal care, cooking, house chores, and more. I love delivering professional care and empowering patients.
